Living under an authoritarian regime is not fun. Extensive censorship meant no Facebook, no Youtube, and no porn.
Fortunately for Vance, being a hacker makes scaling the Great Firewall a walk in the park. With the free web at his fingertips, Vance should be happy but he’s not. Maybe there’s something missing in his life that porn just cannot replace.
Maybe it’s a girlfriend.
So it’s not weird at all to hack into the university to assign himself a hot female roommate, right? That’s just taking fate into your own hands, or something along those lines, right?
Too bad fate had other plans in mind and Vance is dragged into a crazy conspiracy to overthrow the government by his most-definitely-not-female roommate.
College is meant to be exciting, but not this exciting. Between failed dates, failed grades, and maybe not quite failed hacks, Vance will slowly come to question the morality of his actions and the true price of freedom.
Is this what democracy looks like?

This one features some silly programmer graffiti despite the serious atmosphere.
The pigeons with IPoAC (IP over Avian Carriers) is a proposal to carry Internet Protocol (IP) traffic by birds such as homing pigeons as a part of an April fool’s joke.
The 3 square icons next to it says eat, sleep, code.
The ones on the stairs refers to another April fool’s joke that created Error 418. Like Error 404, which means “Not Found”, Error 418 means “I’m a teapot”.
The rest of the graffiti are various words and symbols related to the story.

Uniform designs for Frey and Robin when they lived in a Catholic school in the UK.
Robin doesn’t like to wear skirts, but the dress code required all girls to wear skirts so she just wore pants underneath. She doesn’t care that it looks ridiculous and that it pisses off all the teachers.
Since the boys and girls live in separate dorms, Frey started wearing the girl’s uniform to sneak into Robin’s dorm so they can discuss plans to return to CERia. And thus gave rise to his habit of cross dressing XD

I’ve got about 5 chapters of script written out for Fisheye Placebo. Once I work all the kinks in the plot and have a detailed timeline of the entire story, I’m going to start drawing the pages and posting them :D I am still aiming for early 2013, after we all die from the 2012 apocalypse lol
